Eisteddfod Plwyf Llanfihangel
Cynhelir Eisteddfod Llanfihangel-ar-Arth a’r Plwyf Ddydd Sadwrn Chwefror 24ain 2007 yn Neuadd yr Ysgol, Llanfihangel. Bydd cystadlaethau Cerdd, Llefaru, Llenyddiaeth, Celf a Ffotograffiaeth.
The Llanfihangel-ar-Arth and Parish Eisteddfod will be held on Saturday February 24th 2007 in Neuadd yr Ysgol, Llanfihangel. There will be competitions in Music, Recitation, Literature, Art and Photography.
Bydd y sesiwn cyntaf ar y llwyfan yn dechrau am 1yp ac mae e’n gyfyngedig i blant o ysgolion cynradd Capel Dewi, Pencader, New Inn, Llanllwni a Llandysul. Bydd gwobr fach i bob plentyn sy’n cystadlu yn yr adran hon ond sy ddim yn llwyddiannus. Hefyd bydd gwobr arbennig i’r cystadleuydd gyda’r marciau uchaf.
Bydd y cystadlaethau agored yn dechrau tua 3yp. Mae angen ar y beirniad yn yr adran Lenyddiaeth dderbyn ceisiadau erbyn Chwefror 10fed. Bydd seremoni cadeirio yn ystod yr Eisteddfod i gydnabod y cais gorau yn yr adran hon. Yn ogystal â gwobrau i’r cystadlaethau unigol bydd gwobr hefyd i’r cais gorau dan 18 oed yn yr adran Lenyddiaeth. Mae Cystadlaethau’n benodol i Ddysgwyr Cymraeg.

The first session on the stage will start at 1pm and is restricted to children from Capel Dewi, Pencader, New Inn, Llanllwni and Llandysul primary schools. There will be a small prize for every child who competes in this section but who is not successful. Also there will be a special prize for the competitor who receives the most marks.
The open competitions will start at about 3pm. The adjudicator in the Literature section needs to receive entries by February 10th. There will be a chairing ceremony during the Eisteddfod to recognise the best entry in this section. In addition to prizes for the individual competitions there will also be a prize for the best entry aged under 18 in the Literature section. There are competitions specifically for Welsh Learners.
